SLI offers a three-year program of not only receiving knowledge, but also forming one's character into the full image of Christ. The program following the training of the early disciples on three levels:

Level 1: Come and follow Jesus by learning

Level 2: Come and share in Jesus' ministry

Level 3: Go and Do Jesus' ministry

The early disciples practiced what they learned and SLI will follow this model. SLI expects each student  to cotinually practice what they learn at each seminar, and to do it in their local churches and communities. The training will (1) sharpen their ministry, (2) build their character, (3) deepen their relationship with Christ, (4) increase their God-given vision and (5) enlarge their vision.

Therefore, in order to accomplish these goals, SLI will (1) provide regular training seminars, (2) printed materials to enhance their development and further study, and (3) mentor leaders where possible.
